4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is approved:

OR
β’ Refund will be processed within 5β7 working days.
Refund Method:
β’ For Cash on Delivery orders β Refund via bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer.
β’ For prepaid orders β Refund to original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
